Main idea is to make an SPORT event with a low costs for competitors.<br>

YRC#1 and YRC#2 were in Bar,Montenegro<br>
4.How is it possible to keep fee of 100€ for 4-6 racing days?<br>

community of russian sailors in internet have about 1500 members and many information support in magazines, blogs and social networks. Whole auditorium is about 50.000 people. <br>
